Within this course, students focus on marketing research as an essential aspect of the organizational leadership and decision-making process. Students gain a deeper understanding of the research process through an applied approach to yield relevant, timely, and accurate information from the brand's stakeholders and consumers. This process allows students to determine the leadership team's needs by disseminating the information and professionally communicating related findings.
