Advanced Patient Care Theory 1

PARM 1001

Students learn advanced assessment theory to formulate a differential diagnosis and justify a provisional diagnosis. Critical decision skills are developed through exploration of case presentations and evidence-based medicine. The understanding of invasive and non-invasive interventions is developed taking into account re-evaluation of the patient, anticipation of changes and adaptation of interventions to provide optimal care.

Post Graduate level PARM 1000 Advanced Pharmacology Minimum Grade of 60

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
