AACE 1009

Students learn the basic concepts of physics, including kinematics, dynamics, forces, energy, mechanics, electricity, magnetism and fluids. Students solve applied problems and evaluate the impact of physics on society and the enviroment. Students develop skills necessary for an apprenticeship or a post-secondary program.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
