Course description

In this course, students are provided a structured approach to the engineering requirements involved in the design of a manufacturing workstation within a workplace. The concepts applied include lean manufacturing, methods engineering, process flow diagrams, work measurement/time study practices, standard workplace layout techniques and industrial ergonomics as it applies to the interface of the worker to the workplace requirements.

Post Secondary level COMP 1084 CAD Mechanical 1 Minimum Grade of 50
