In this course, students examine the concepts underlying effective operation planning and control of manufacturing and service businesses. Approaches to production control, inventory policy, facilities planning, methods improvement and technological assessment are studied.
PrerequisitesUndergraduate - degree level level MATS 2000 Business Mathematics Minimum Grade of 50
Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
