Course description

This course investigates the fundamental elements of interpersonal communication and explores the effect of self-concept, perception, emotions, verbal and non-verbal behaviour on interpersonal dynamics. Skills in improving communication climates and resolving interpersonal conflicts are also examined



Course Hours


Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
