Gambling and Other Behav.Dep.
The effective treatment of gambling and other process dependencies requires that an addictions counsellor has a specific set of skills to ensure proper identification and the delivery of appropriate therapeutic options. Students explore non-chemical behavioural dependencies, their causes, symptoms and implications for treatment.
Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
