Course description

In this course, students troubleshoot electrical problems related to installing, maintaining, and servicing natural gas and propane appliances. Students are introduced to techniques for following control signals, and inspecting the functionality of operating controls and safety controls. Using their previous knowledge of interpreting electrical drawings, students practice basic electrical troubleshooting in appliances independently.

Post Secondary level ELEC 1011 Basic Electricity and Controls Minimum Grade of 50
