Decision Support for PMs
Project stakeholders and project managers are required to make decisions that affect the scope, quality, time, resourcing and cost of the project they are delivering. In this course, students get hands-on experience with the common decision support tools, such as scheduling software, that are available to project managers.
PrerequisitesPost Graduate level PRJM 1000 Collaboration and Project Mgmt Minimum Grade of 60
and Post Graduate level PRJM 1011 Business Acumen for PMs Minimum Grade of 60
Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
