Course description

This online micro-credential will explore the foundational skills and knowledge to successfully operate a contracting small business. Learners will explore how to manage job sites, small teams, and project plans. They will learn the importance of budgeting time and money in order to complete high quality job profitability, all while adhering to industry standards. This module is part of the Contracting Small Business in Ontario Micro-certificate.
