Course description
Client-side scripting is an essential component of modern web applications, enabling interactive behavior within the browser environment. Students apply JavaScript fundamentals, including syntax, control structures, functions, and objects, to develop dynamic and event-driven functionality. Emphasis is placed on manipulating the Document Object Model (DOM) to update the structure and presentation of web pages and user interfaces, enhancing interactivity and user experience

Post Secondary level COMP 1002 Web Development Fundamentals Minimum Grade of 50Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
