Course description

This course examines professional processes and practices in the context of the human service organization. Included are principles and applications of interviewing and assessment, documentation, report writing and appropriate referral protocols. Students will continue to examine the legal and ethical rights and responsibilities of clients and workers in the field of Social Services



Course Hours


Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
