Course description

In this course, students are introduced to colour theory, painting techniques and fine art printing. Students develop their self-expression as they apply the elements and principles of design in the creation of original artworks, including composition, rendering, and illustration techniques using acrylic painting, relief and woodblock printing.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
