Orientation for summer 2026

Academic Orientation is a first-year experience and transition event held at each campus for incoming students to become familiar with their campus, their peers, their chosen program, and the student services and support the college can provide during their academic journey. This is an in-person event for all programs that have face-to-face course delivery, and a virtual event for online-only programs.

At Orientation, you’ll:

• Experience a welcoming introduction to Georgian College.
• Build a sense of belonging within the college community.
• Make meaningful connections with peers, staff and faculty.
• Become aware of the student services available.
