Welcome to the Georgian family!
Are you an international student? Visit the international admissions page for your next steps.
Step 1: Accept your offer

What if my offer is conditional?
You can still accept your offer! Before your program starts, you’ll need to meet requirements, complete courses or upgrading, or send in missing documents. For example, high school students need to complete their last few classes, and mature applicants may need to complete testing requirements. To see what you need to do, access your applicant dashboard at MyGCLife.ca.
How to access your applicant dashboard
- Visit MyGCLife.ca.
- Log in with the dashboard username and password disclosed in your Welcome Letter.
- When you log in for the first time, be sure to change your password to something more secure.
- Review login and email FAQs.
- Click on Academics and then Applicant Dashboard.
Step 2: Pay your tuition deposit and plan your budget

Secure your seat
To secure your seat in the program, pay your $250 non-refundable tuition deposit ($2,500 for international students). This applies to OSAP recipients, too. After that, your full tuition fees are due at the start of each term. International students must pay full semester fees before registration. Visit the international admissions page for details.
Your non-refundable tuition deposit is due by the date below, or by the date on your acceptance letter (if the below date has passed):
- May 2023 start: Feb. 15, 2023
- September 2023 start: June 15, 2023
- January 2024 start: Oct. 16, 2023
Please pay through your banking app or online banking.

Step 3: Register for courses or co-op

How to register
Paying your deposit secures your seat in your program and makes you eligible to register for classes.
Full-time course registration opens about one month before classes begin. Your specific registration day and time can be found by clicking on Banner from the list of quick links in MyGCLife.ca. Check here about two months before the term starts. It’s to your benefit to register at your scheduled time, because courses fill up very quickly when our add/drop registration opens. View more registration information and useful tips.
How to get course exemptions
If you have relevant postsecondary experience, our transfer equivalency tool can help you explore course exemptions or advanced standing. If you have relevant work or life experience, you can do a prior learning assessment (PLAR) to see if you’re eligible for exemptions. Be sure to inquire or apply for credit transfers or PLAR at least 60 days before your term begins. Be mindful of processing times.
