Course description
Students cultivate self-awareness and explore the diverse and dynamic field of human services and social welfare. Students prepare for future field placement and volunteerism, and gain practical experience through community service learning. To nurture college and career success, students engage a variety of evidence-based learning strategies to prepare for professional success and beyond. Professionalism, relationship and communication domains within CYC practice will be explored as this relates to field placement readiness
