AI Strategy and Change

Course description

In this course, students gain an understanding of how to use AI to enhance workforce efficiencies and capabilities, long-term strategic business planning, and change management on a human-to-human level. Through a combination of practical activities and applied theory, students define the roles that strategy development and change management play in successfully capitalizing on the capacity that AI applications offer

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
