AI in Human Resources

Course description

In this course, students apply an HR perspective to explore the impact of AI in the workplace, including the impact of AI on the workforce and jobs. They develop a comprehensive understanding of how AI can be effectively integrated into various HR processes and workflows, such as recruitment and selection, and HR planning. Students consider the ethical impact AI creates in the workforce, how to build an effective AI team, and how to develop communication and training in support of AI integration

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
