Course description

Vision systems provide a quick and efficient way for Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems to interface to the physical world. AI vision systems are often used as a constant monitoring tool for anomaly detection, quality assurance, product selection or defect detection. Students learn how to build data models and work with still imagery and videos to train an AI system how to classify and recognize different objects.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
