Course description

Students focus on the overall security of a network. Building on knowledge gained in Network Security 1, students examine the concepts of intrusion prevention and virtual private networks. Topics include security technologies, products and solutions; firewall and secure router design, installation and configuration; intrusion prevention implementation; and virtual private network implementation using routers and firewalls.

Post Graduate level NETS 1025 Network Security Minimum Grade of 60
