Course description

Structured on the Project Management Institute's "A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide)," students are introduced to project management concepts, tools and techniques. Using a systems approach to project delivery, the processes of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing are explored.
