In this course, students explore the background of the Canadian legal system and the specific documentation provided by the Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC) on which information specific to the architecture and constructions industry is built. Students learn about the differences between public and private law and specific regulatory aspects related to their professional practice.
Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
