Advanced Business Processes
Students in this course examine advanced business process and its interrelationship with organizational strategy and goals. They review methods for analyzing business processes, including process mapping and the redesign process for efficiency. Once students have a firm understanding of this theory they have the opportunity to select a business process and conduct the business process analysis. Following this analysis, students recommend process improvements that lead to improved efficiency and/or effectiveness.
Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
