Georgian student renames new academic planning tool

Social Service Worker student Kimberley DuGuerre holds her $500 ONEcard prize for winning the Office of the Registrar's you name it content to rename the college's new acdemic planning toolsThis summer, the Office of the Registrar is launching a new set of online academic planning tools, and we asked students to help name it.

Social Service Worker student Kimberley DuGuerre submitted the winning name – MyPath (formerly called Degree Works). She received $500 in Flex Dollars on her ONEcard (Georgian College student card).

MyPath will help students:

  • Plan their entire program through to graduation.
  • Take the right course at the right time.
  • Navigate program requirements and prerequisites.
