Course description

In this course, students focus on both the theory and practical application of project management skills and techniques to enable the development, selection, definition execution and closure of projects. These skills are applicable to all ranges of business operations, not for profits and personal undertakings that students may encounter in their careers.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
