Business Finance 2 (ODE)

This course includes an online proctored exam requiring a PC or Mac (no Chromebooks or tablets) using Windows 10+, macOS 10.15+, or Chrome OS, the latest version of Google Chrome, a functional webcam and microphone, and minimum internet speeds of 1.5 Mbps download and 750 Kbps upload. Additional software may be installed to allow remote monitoring, which can be removed afterward. A room scan with video and pictures will be completed before the exam and may be requested at any time.

Course description

This course is a continuation of Business Finance I and covers cost of capital, risk and pricing of options, raising debt and equity financing, A firm’s capital structure and their payout policy. Financial modelling is also discussed including pro forma analyses, forecasting short-term financing and working capital needs
