Course description

In this course, students are introduced to the key competencies and techniques used in foundational strategic management principles and business analysis. Students gain an understanding of conceptual frameworks to plan, elicit, communicate, analyze, model and validate various types of business problems within organizational structures. Course content includes key topics such as strategic business analysis, process modelling, and solution assessment, through which students gain knowledge of the behavioral competencies required in business analysis, such us leadership, influence, ethical behavior and professionalism
