Course description

The human side of AI leadership is where most implementations succeed or fail. This module examines how organizations build trust in AI, manage resistance, re-skill their people, and create the conditions for responsible experimentation. Short case studies of real adoption efforts, both successful and stalled, anchor the learning, while asynchronous discussion boards let participants draw on each others' leadership experience at their own pace. This module is part of the AI Leadership in Organizations Micro-certificate.
