Project goal: Implement a web-based management solution enabling manufacturers to monitor and administer smart manufacturing devices within their facilities.

What was done: Two students from the Computer Programmer Analyst and Interactive Media Design programs worked together to develop a web control centre. This manages all smart devices, triggers alerts and notifications and provides reporting capability in a smart manufacturing environment.

What was achieved: The application was developed and implemented. This application prototype was shown at both the Intephex Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Innovation showcase in New York City as well Ontario Centres of Excellence (OCE) Discovery Showcase.
