Course description

Designed specifically for the Canadian marketplace, this detailed, results-oriented course introduces students how to effectively manage a service department with a focus on strategies to manage people, processes, and performance. Participants are provided with tools to help better manage the daily operations of a service department and contribute to overall dealership performance.
