Course description

In this course, students further build their knowledge gained in Quantity Surveying 1 (ARCH 1001) with material take-off procedures for wood framed structures, thermal and moisture protection, roofing materials, interior wall boards and finishes, flooring, and general mechanical and electrical quantities. Material take-off procedures are demonstrated and applied following the fundamentals of quantity surveying employing the methodology from the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS).

Post Secondary level ARCH 1001 Quantity Surveying 1 Minimum Grade of 50
