Course description

Students examine ethical issues in the legal field through the lens of the Law Society's Rules of Professional Conduct. Students discuss the importance of integrity, diversity and maintaining professional boundaries. Job search skills are discussed, with an emphasis on taking initiative to utilize resources to secure a field placement. The need for continual professional development is highlighted.

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
