Intro to Tech Math

Course description

This course provides a foundation in mathematics in technology programs.Students develop skills in mathematical thinking and problem solving, andappropriately apply technology in the solution of problems using algebra, geometry, rightangle trigonometry, trigonometric functions of any angle, systems of linear equations, and the graphs of the primary trigonometric functions. Additional time to strengthen and reinforce mathematics competency is available to those students who require it

Students registering for credit courses for the first time must declare a program at the point of registration. Declaring a program does not necessarily mean students must complete a program, individual courses may be taken for skill improvement and upgrading.
