Course description

In this course, students explore the background of the Canadian legal system and the specific documentation provided by the Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC) on which information specific to the architecture and constructions industry is built. Students learn about the differences between public and private law and specific regulatory aspects related to their professional practice.
