Course description

In this course, students discuss the development, structure, and business conduct of major airlines in the marketplace today. They analyze various internal departments and their relationships with other departments. Students identify external opportunities and threats to the future viability of various air carriers. Through case studies, students enhance their skills in research, problem-solving and solution application.
