Javeed Ahmed Khan
Biography
Javeed has been working at Georgian College since 2020. Prior to this, he worked at different Colleges and Universities around the globe. He has a total of 17 years of work experience in the fields of teaching, research and development, corporate training and industry. He completed his PhD. in electrical engineering at Anna University, India, and his master’s and bachelor’s degrees at Karnataka, India. He is a Professional Engineer in the provinces of Ontario and Alberta, Fellow of two distinguished societies (IE(I) and IETE, India) and Senior Member at IEEE.
Javeed has a total of 25 publications in international journals, conferences and workshops. He has evaluated many PhD thesis as a foreign evaluator/examiner. He has worked on a NSERC grant project as a co-investigator and presented a keynote speech at an international conference along with many guest speeches at different colleges and universities.
