Carmen Bautista

Biography

As Research Coordinator, Carmen Bautista supports the coordination and administration of applied research projects within Georgian College’s Research and Innovation department. Working closely with research managers, faculty, students, industry partners, and internal departments, she helps ensure projects progress efficiently while meeting institutional, funding, and reporting requirements.

Through proactive organization, communication, and follow-up, Carmen helps research teams navigate administrative processes and remain focused on delivering meaningful outcomes for partners. She is committed to developing clear, organized, and collaborative processes that strengthen the delivery of applied research initiatives across the department.
