Biography

As Program Manager, Community Insights, Andrea Attridge leads research, evaluation, and data-driven decision-making initiatives within Georgian College’s Research and Innovation department. Drawing on experience in education, research, analytics, and business, she works with community, industry, and academic partners to turn complex information into practical evidence that supports innovation, program improvement, and strategic action.

Andrea leads applied research activities across the full project cycle, from research design and data collection through analysis, knowledge mobilization, and reporting. Her work emphasizes accessible, ethical, decision-ready research that reflects the experiences of the people and communities involved. Whether supporting a community needs assessment, evaluating an innovation project, or developing data tools and processes, she is committed to helping partners use evidence to create meaningful, measurable change.
