Course description

Students are provided with an understanding of the basic techniques used in the computation of design flows from hydrologic events and the routing of flows through systems. Students investigate principles related to ground water including the construction and testing of water wells. Emphasis is placed on the challenges in quantifying hydrologic events in terms of spatial and temporal variability, particularly as related to land use changes.

Post Secondary level MATH 1018 Intro to Tech Math Minimum Grade of 50
or Post Secondary level MATH 1035 Applied Environmental Math Minimum Grade of 50
