Course description

"In this module, students examine principles of safety in relation to positioning in bed or a chair, lifts, transfers, and ambulation of a client. Students learn the right to refuse with regard to client and staff safety. Students review proper body mechanics and how to report any problems. This module is part of the Essential Skills for Supportive Care micro-credential, micro-certificate."
