Course description

In this course, students are empowered to thrive in a post-secondary environment while developing the skills necessary for personal and professional success. By understanding how institutions function, students learn to optimize their experiences by collaborating with others to build a personalized network of support. Students examine theories of learning, personal development, and wellness to build self-awareness and confidence, and to advance a sense of citizenship with a focus on equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
