Course description

In this module, students learn strategies, methods, and techniques to effectively use social media in marketing and advertising for a business. They will gain an understanding about the advantages and disadvantages of current social media platforms and discover how to manage the social media community and brand platforms effectively, as well as measure and evaluate social media results. Students explore how digital and artificial intelligence tools can be used for creating content. This module is part of the Management Essentials Micro-certificate.
