Course description

"In this module, students are introduced to the terminology they will encounter as part of the health care team and to identify medical terms by their components. Students learn the importance of effective documentation for patient care, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR). This module is part of the Essential Skills for Supportive Care micro-credential, micro-certificate."
