Combat ChallengeSupport Georgian students and Camp Bucko! Mark your calendars for the ninth annual Combat Challenge on Saturday, Nov. 16, in the gymnasium at the Barrie Campus.

Georgian’s Pre-Service Firefighter Education and Training program is organizing and hosting the challenge which will bring together students from Pre-Service Fire colleges across the province in a skills competition. Students from Georgian’s Paramedic and Massage Therapy programs will also be on hand to put some of what they’ve been learning in the classroom into practice.

Camp Bucko provides support services for children recovering from burn injuries. The charity also provides a camp for kids where they can collectively express their feelings and experiences in a safe environment while developing lifelong friendships.
