Flavours of the world arrive at Georgian College this month and next, as second-year Culinary students put their skills to work in the annual International Dinners series which is open to the public.
Each evening’s dinner features the gastronomic delights of a different country.
The evenings are all-inclusive featuring an hors d’oeuvres reception and a multi-course dinner with fine wines specially selected to accompany each course.
Upcoming theme dinners include:
- Europe on Thursday, April 2
- Asia on Thursday, March 26 and Tuesday, April 7
- The Americas on Wednesday, April 1 and Thursday, April 9
- Mediterranean on Tuesday, March 31 and Wednesday, April 8
