Tune into this Canada-wide web event on resiliency: April 9

Everyone is invited to participate in an engaging discussion on personal and professional resiliency in a free web event on Thursday, April 9 from 1 to 3 p.m.

Everyday Resiliency During Uncertain Times is being presented by the Henry Bernick Entrepreneurship Centre along with a number of other partners from across Canada.

The web event features Dr. Robyne Hanley-Dafoe who will present her work on resiliency, and discuss strategies for personal and professional vitality through stress performance, targeted focusing and value alignment – her practical guide to staying successful during the uncertain time of COVID-19.

Dr. Hanley-Dafoe is a multi-award-winning psychology instructor who specializes in resiliency, navigating stress and change, and personal wellness in the workplace.

The event starts at 1 p.m. and will be followed by a short Q&A session and then a 60-minute musical performance with Bureh Maxime Bollo-Kamara.
