Graduating students: How to get your transcript, grad letter and credential
May 13, 2020

As a graduating student, you’ll need various documentation for your future plans, whether you’re launching your career or continuing your studies.

While hard copies of documents cannot be mailed while the college is temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are trying our best to get you other forms of the documentation you need most. Read below for the latest updates about transcripts, grad letters and diplomas/degrees.

  • Unofficial transcripts: Log in to your Banner account and select unofficial transcript. This is a free copy of your transcript.
  • Official transcripts: Complete the request for transcript form and email it to A PDF copy of your transcript will be emailed to the email address you indicate on the form. The cost is $12 per copy. This charge will be added to your Banner account which you can pay through online banking.
  • Hard copies: If you’d like a hard copy mailed when the college re-opens, please indicate this on the form. If it is not indicated, no hard copy will be sent.

Grad letters

We are currently processing all applications for graduation. We hope to have the majority of graduation audits done by May 31, 2020.

You’ll receive an email from the Registrar’s Office once your graduation audit is complete. At that time, you can get a copy of your grad letter from your Document Hub in the Student Portal.

If you still have recovery course work to do from winter semester (e.g. hands-on lab work), your graduation audit will be completed by early October, assuming the college can re-open for the planned recovery period of Aug. 10 to 28.

We are prioritizing grad audits for those with an active job offer, and those whose study permits are expiring. But please note, processing transcripts does take twice as long when we do them off-site, so we appreciate your patience.

If you have a written job offer or your study permit will expire before May 31, 2020, please provide your job offer on company letterhead or a copy of your study permit showing your expiry date. You can send these documents, along with your transcript request, to

The postponement of June convocation to a later date unfortunately means hard copies of diplomas and degrees are unavailable at this time.

Students who successfully completed their program in December 2019 or April 2020 will receive their credentials by mail in the summer.

Plus, graduates will be invited to a future ceremony when we can celebrate this milestone together.
