The event is organized by the Automotive Business School of Canada (ABSC) and sponsored this year by Walk-a-way Canada, TD Auto Finance, SCI Marketview and the Georgian Alumni Association.
Georgian Chevrolet of Barrie was honoured at the reception with a plaque by June Martin, Co-op Consultant, to recognize their involvement with Georgian’s co-operative education programs. Wayne Ricketts accepted the award on behalf of the Georgian Chevrolet management team, expressing his pleasure working with the Automotive Business School of Canada, as well as the talented students who have emerged from the automotive programs at Georgian.
The VIP Night event included a performance by Stephen Page, formerly of the band Barenaked Ladies. The musical set was sponsored by GMC Canada.
