Self-care Workshop: At Georgian, we refer to self care as taking action to improve one's own physical, emtional, mental and/or spiritual well-being. While it's common to feel that there isn't enough time in the day for this, it's extremely important to practise self care as it can help you manage stress, prevent burnout and maintain positive mental health. Remember self care is not selfish!

 

Learn strategies for self-care

International Self-care Day is Saturday, July 24. We’re marking the occasion two days early, with this helpful workshop.

At Georgian, we refer to self-care as taking action to improve one’s own physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual well-being. While it’s common to feel that there isn’t enough time in the day for this, it is extremely important to practice self-care as it can help you manage stress, prevent burnout and maintain positive mental health. Remember, self-care is not selfish!
