This event is part of Mental Health week at Georgian, where the college will introduce its new Mental Health and Well-being Strategic Plan through a series of events from Oct. 19 to 23. 

At Georgian, we refer to self-care as taking action to improve one’s own physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual well-being. While it’s common to feel that there isn’t enough time in the day for this, it is extremely important to practice self care as it can help you manage stress, prevent burnout and maintain positive mental health. Remember, self care is not selfish!
